How to Consign

  • Step 1

Gather & photograph your consignment items, Contact us via email or phone.

  • Step 2

If your items will fit in our auction, we will set an appointment at our office or at your home. While with you - we will talk about expectations, pricing and contract.

  • Step 3

Once an item sells at auction it is final. We can not guarantee results on items, but will do our best to achieve the highest bid.

What is my timeframe on needing to get rid of these items/get compensated for them?

Most of the time we can inventory & remove items from a home almost immediately (some exceptions may arise); however, these items may not go into auction for a few months. If you are looking for an immediate payout, an auction might not be your best route. If you have time- we promise we will work VERY hard to make sure your patience is rewarded with the highest results.

What am I expecting to get for my items?

Some collectables go up in value over the years and some do not hold value. After 25 years of experience we can give you a good idea of the value of your items. In regards to your insurance appraisals (replacement value)- you may not get it at auction. This is a hard truth, but must be talked about. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our consignors, and have many references from past clients in our gallery and warehouse. We work on commission, so the more we make for you, the more we make as well.

Is auction the best way to sell my item/items?

This depends on your item. The items that we specialize in, we realize a much higher results than a local live auction. We use the online platform (Live Auctioneers), which reaches several million registered bidders, as opposed to who may show up any given auction day. If you have a house full of items, we may recommend our in home estate sale services. We also have two store fronts that may be a better fit.
